Moonwalks/Games
Get most of the answers to your questions right here.  If you still have any questions, please
feel free to contact us by phone or
e-mail and we'll be more than happy to answer them.

Where can the moonwalk be set up?
The moonwalk/bounce unit can be set up on any level area whether its grass, cement or
asphalt.  The area should be clear of all obstacles including sticks, stones, sharp objects,
sprinklers, and animal droppings...etc..  We place a tarp under each unit for added
protection.  The unit is also staked down or sand bagged down.

How much room do I need for a moonwalk?
An area that is 20X20 feet should be plenty.  No overhead power lines or trees should be
present because they may interfere with the unit.  They should be located away from pools
or waterfronts.  Each site will be fully inspected before delivery is completed.

Can I pick up items?
Sorry, for the safety of the participants and to insure a quality functional unit our staff is
required to deliver and set up and pick up each moonwalk or inflatable.  In some cases, yard
displays maybe handled on a do-it-yourself (D.I.Y.) basis.

What kind of power do we need?
Moonwalks require a 110V outlet, preferable separate from other items requiring electricity.
The outlet must be located within 50 feet of the unit.  They typically need constant power as
the blower motor will run at all times.  Some games only require power for setup.  A
generator (like a mobile outlet, powered by gasoline) is available for rental if needed. For
yard cards, power is only needed if a spotlight is requested.

Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery fees depend on location.  In many instances, pricing includes delivery.   Items
delivered without a bounce may incur a small delivery fee.  Items delivered with a bounce are
delivered free.

Where do you deliver to?
We service the entire city of Chicago, many of the south suburbs, some of the north and
west suburbs and a few cities in Northwest Indiana.  Just ask us, if we are unable to service
you, we can usually provide you with another service provider.  We can travel further for
larger events.

What if it rains or is too windy?
Once a moonwalk is setup, all fees are due.  If the wind is blowing more than 20 miles per
hour, moonwalks should be deflated.  A credit (applicable toward future rentals) equal to
deposit shall be issued if we are unable to setup due to weather.    If weather conditions
change after delivery and set-up, there are no refunds.

How do I reserve equipment?
Simply call one of our representatives and we will gladly schedule your event.  A $25 or 10
percent (whichever is greater) deposit is required.

How far in advance should I make reservations?
We are always taking reservations.  The sooner you call the better.   Most equipment and
entertainment during the summer season gets booked about 6 weeks in advance, if not more.
We can do some same evening yard card deliveries, but generally, 3-5 days is preferred.

When is the payment due?
Balances are due upon delivery.  We accept cash, money orders and all major credit cards.
Checks must be received two weeks in advance.   A charge of $20.00 plus any applicable bank
charges will be assessed for returned checks.

Are moonwalks/bounces safe?
Yes!  Our units are constructed of industry standard vinyl's, fire retardant, and include an
inflated safety ramp/step.  There should be no problems as long as you adhere to the safety
and operating instructions.

Do you carry insurance?
Yes, Let the World Know is fully insured.  A copy of the policy will be provided upon request
at time of delivery.  Municipalities, schools, churches, etc.. may contact us in advance for
arrangements.  For events on public property such as parks, etc., additional insurance may be
required and will add $100 to the total rental cost.

What are my responsibilities?
You MUST adhere to the safety and operating guidelines.  A responsible adult must be
present at all times the unit is in use.  This person must know the safety and operating
procedures and must enforce them at all times.  You are responsible for keeping the unit
clean and safe from damage.

Can you provide an attendant?
Yes!  For an additional hourly fee we can provide you with an attendant.

Is there a cleaning charge?
No!  As long as it is general cleaning, we will do it.  If excessive cleaning is needed , a
cleaning charge of $50 to $100 will be required.  Fun food machines will need to be
thoroughly cleaned upon return or will be charged a cleaning fee of $35.
