When should I make a reservation?
Equipment is limited and availability is on a first come, first served basis. We recommend that you
place your order as early as possible prior to your event. Holiday seasons and summer months are
VERY busy.
How do I make a reservation?
Our store is open by appointment only. The easiest way to make a reservation is either by email or
by telephone.
We can send you a written quote, however, no equipment or entertainment is CONFIRMED when a
deposit of 25% of the rental or entertainment charges have been received. Reservation deposits
may be made in cash or thru the authorization of a major credit card. Checks must be presented at
least 2 weeks prior to your event. Deposits can be accepted by telephone/fax or Paypal using a
major credit card issued to the renter.
Customers with prearranged "privileges" may provide a signed reservation form in order to
confirm a reservation.
Please be sure of your rental needs and event dates. In order for us to reliably honor all customer
requests, reservation deposits are not refundable. Reasonable adjustments (not full cancellations)
to your order are certainly accepted. Your reservation deposit may be applied to your rental
charges upon the 'opening' of your rental contract.
Payments & Security Deposits
For customers without "privileges" payment in full is expected upon receipt of equipment. A
security deposit equal to a minimum of 50% of the rental charges is also required while equipment
is in your possession. Security deposits may be made in cash or thru the authorization of a major
credit card.
Any additional charges incurred, such as late charges or cleaning and/or damage fees etc. will be
deducted from the refund of your security deposit. Any additional balance will be charged to your
credit card on file or settled upon the 'closing' of your order.
Payment from customers with "privileges" is due upon receipt of invoice.
Balances are due the business day before your delivery is scheduled or at time of pickup if you are
picking the items up.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do. Certain items require our professional setup and as such we prefer to deliver them.
Delivery fees depend on location. We service the entire city of Chicago, many of the south suburbs,
some of the north and west suburbs and a few cities in Northwest Indiana. Just ask us, if we are
unable to service you, we can usually provide you with another service provider.
Delivery prices are also affected by time of delivery. In most cases, our deliveries are during
regular business hours during the week and mornings on weekends. The more flexible you are as
to delivery and pickup times, the lower the delivery fees. Some same day events or off peak hours
will incur additional charges.
Standard delivery service includes unloading and neatly stacking equipment on the dock, in the
garage or any another mutually convenient place within a reasonable distance of our truck.
Equipment should be returned and stacked in the same location for our crew to pick up following
your event.
Our rates do not include carrying of equipment up or down stairs, or more than 50 feet from our
truck. Some items, such as inflatables require our professional setup and pricing already includes
such. Full service setup, however, does not apply to such things as chairs, and tables. etc...
'Special Service' arrangements can be made in advance for a nominal fee. We will be happy to
accommodate your special needs. Please allow time to inspect and count all equipment upon
delivery, and to verify our counts upon pick up. Any discrepancies must be addressed at the time
of service.

While our equipment is in your possession, you are responsible for its security which includes, but
is not limited to protecting items from theft and inclimate weather. Replacement charges will be
levied for missing and broken items and are due upon return or pickup of the equipment. We will
issue you a refund should you find lost items afterwards.

How long do I get to keep the items?
Most items are rented for use during a single day event. A rental period for most party items
usually includes two nights out. For example:
If you pick up your order on Wednesday, it is due to be returned to us on Friday before noon.
If you pick up your order on Friday in the winter, it is due to be returned to us on Monday before
noon.
If you pick up your order on a Friday in the summer, it is due to be returned to us on Sunday before
noon.
If we have delivered your order to you, the rental period for a one day charge ends upon our pick
up of the order. For policies regarding the rental period for MULTIPLE DAY EVENTS and for items
that are rented on a weekly or monthly basis, consult with your rental representative. Generous
extended term rates are available for most items.
Do I have to clean the items?
Equipment is expected to be returned or picked up in as close to the same condition as you
received it as possible. Certain items such as inflatables, should not have excessive dirt, mud or
water in or on them.
Concession machines non-cleaning fees are minimum 50% of the rental charge and may be
deducted from your security deposit..
What is the DW?
For a charge of 10% of the total rental amount, a non-refundable damage waiver is available. The
damage waiver does not cover loss or theft, nor damage due to negligence. All broken/damaged
items must be returned. DWC does not cover cleaning charges. DWC does not cover missing
equipment for any reason. DWC is highly recommended, yet optional. It must be expressly declined
