How much room do I need for a moonwalk?


The area should be free of dog "bombs", excessive tree branches, rocks and debris within 50ft of
an outlet.  We will NOT use extension cords that are not our own.


What kind of power do we need?

(like a mobile outlet, powered by gasoline) is available for rental if needed.

How long do I get to keep the moonwalk?  

Effective 01/01/2010 all pickups of moonwalks will be before 8pm.  Pickup times will depend on
how many other pickups we are making, proximity and traffic.  It is unsafe for children to jump in
the dark and it is equally unsafe for our safe to pick them up in the dark.  ***Should you have
other equipment, i.e. tables/chairs...(and your event will be continuing) here are your options:

  • We can take all of the items at time of pickup of the inflatable.
  • you may make arrangements to bring the other equipment back by the next day.  Should the
    equipment not be returned before noon, you will be charged for an extra day of rental.
  • We can come back to pick the items up the next day.  This option will result in an additional
    trip charge.


What if it rains or is too windy?

  • On the day prior to the event view www.weather.com.  View the hour by hour.  If the
    temperature will be below 50 degrees for the "Entire" event, if there is a 50% or greater
    chance for rain or if winds will be 20 mph or higher and you decide to cancel, you have the
    option to get a full refund or reschedule.
  • If there is less than a 50% chance of rain, if the temperature is going to reach 50 degrees
    sometime during your event or if the winds will be less than 20mph, and you decide to
    cancel, you will forfeit your deposit.  As a courtesy, we can apply that deposit toward a
    future event up to 1 year from the date.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the entire order or portion of the order, for cold weather, rain
    or wind and will offer client the option to move their event indoors with the same/different
    equipment, reschedule their event up to 1 year from the date or receive a full refund.

Are moonwalks/bounces safe?

Yes!  Our units are constructed of industry standard vinyl's, fire retardant, and include an inflated
safety ramp/step.  There should be no problems as long as you adhere to the safety and operating
instructions.  Inflatable bouncers that are used correctly are safer than playground swings and
slides. Improper use by the occupants, such as hanging or climbing on the nets, rough play,
flipping/somersaults or running into one another can cause serious injury. It is important that a
responsible adult be in charge of the inflatable at ALL times to insure that all safety rules are
followed to prevent injury.  

What are my responsibilities?

You MUST adhere to the safety and operating guidelines.  A responsible adult must be present at all
times the unit is in use.  This person must know the safety and operating procedures and must
enforce them at all times.  You are responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe from damage.

Can you provide an attendant?

Yes!  For an additional hourly fee we can provide you with an attendant.   

Is there a cleaning charge?

Yes and No!   As long as it is general cleaning, we will do it.  If excessive cleaning is needed , a
cleaning charge of $50 to $500 will be required.    Silly string CANNOT be used anywhere near the
inflatables.  Should we find silly string...you will incur an automatic cleaning and or possible
replacement charge.
