| Delivery Policies for Yard Cards |
We deliver in most weather conditions. However, if we feel that attempting delivery would be
dangerous to our personnel, winds could cause signage to fly, there are storm warnings and/or
watches, or if snow or ice has made the ground so frozen that we would be unable to stick
critters into the ground, we hope that you will understand and we will accommodate as best as
possible with regards to rescheduling.
Let the World Know can setup at some places of business. Bear in mind, most of our critters
(smaller pieces) would need to be staked into the ground, therefore, concrete, in most cases will
not work. We are unable to block exits or entrances and we reserve the right to not setup near
bus stops or places where there is heavy foot traffic. Our displays may not stay out as late in
front of businesses as it increases the possibilities of vandalism or theft.
Let the World Know will refund your money in full if you cancel your rental at least 24 hours in
advance of delivery. (Note: Delivery is made by 6 a.m. on the day of your event.) If weather
conditions prevent us from setting up, our first priority will be to reschedule your yard card
delivery.
We are unable to refund payment if:
* You give us less than 24 hours notice of cancellation.
* You give us an incorrect address.
* The homeowner, businessowner or security officer prevents us from setting up the display.
* The homeowner, businessowner or security officer contacts us to pick up the display before the
rental period ends.
* We are denied access to a gated community and unable to set up.
* Dog(s) on the property prevent us from setting up.
* No grassy areas are available in front of the home, apartment, townhouse, office or other
facility and we are unable to set up. (We can't set up a display on concrete or in a rocky area.
We must have a grassy area or yard to set up.)

Orders placed by 12:00pm in the recipient's time zone Monday through Friday are available for
same day delivery. As a general rule of thumb, deliveries going to a business will be made by 3
or 4pm at the latest and residential deliveries will be made by 7pm at the latest.
Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available if your order is placed by 11:00am for an additional
charge of $20.00
Let the World Know can accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Timed deliveries can be requested but are not guaranteed. Examples of timed deliveries are
before 12:00pm, after 3:30pm, or at 5:00pm. We have to make deliveries when they most
efficiently fit into our delivery routes. Let the World Know will try to honor timed deliveries but
can not guarantee the exact time.
Your order will be hand delivered directly to the recipient whenever possible. However, certain
locations such as hospitals, schools, colleges and offices may require us to leave the delivery at a
central location or reception area.
It is very important for your delivery address to be complete and accurate, including apartment
numbers, suite numbers, floor numbers, etc. If you provide us with the wrong address, which
leads to your order having to be re-delivered, we will need to charge you for a second delivery
fee.
The fee for delivery is contingent upon the delivery zone. You can use mapquest and zip code
60637 in the "To" field.
less than 10 miles = $9.95
10 - 20 miles = $19.95
20 - 30 miles = $29.95
Let the World Know will not deliver balloon bouquets to any locations where the distance is
greater than 30 miles.
